Collection fee?
If you do not pay an outstanding invoice, then the collection agency will most likely pass on the collection costs/fee. The collection fee is calculated as a percentage of the due amount, where the rate gradually decreases as the demand increases. In addition, there is a minimum and a maximum percentage.
